Orders under £45.00 postage is charged at £3.49, orders over £45.00 are postage included FREE OF CHARGE. Orders are usually despatched within 1-3 working days (Royal Mail/DPD Local). Some items, such as the Doggyride range, Innopet and Maelson we ask to allow up to 10 working days for despatch.

Returns & Replacements
We are confident that you will be delighted with any product that you purchase from us. If you are unhappy with the contents of your order please contact us as soon as possible to allow us to resolve the problem with you. If you are not satisfied with the goods we ask that you return goods within 30 days in as new condition and all tags in place.

Exchanged items will be despatched free of charge on the first exchange any subsequent exchanges will be charged at £2.99. Any exchanged items then returned for a refund will be subject to the delivery charge of that exchange and £3.99 deducted from the final refund.
All of our products carry a manufacturer warranty, from the date of purchase, for defects in manufacturing and materials. This does not cover fair wear and tear, accidents, misuse, neglect or when instructions for the product (including introducing a new product to a dog) have not been followed.
All goods returned for exchange or refund must be returned in as new and a resellable condition. This includes packaging, labels, soiled goods or worn goods and any residual smell or smoke.
All goods must be maintained in line with manufacturer instructions. If any repairs or alterations have been undertaken by the customer on the item the warranty will be considered invalid.
Items returned for a refund we ask to allow 10 working days from the date of the notification email for refunds to be processed. The statutory rights of the customer are not affected by the warranty.
Purchases made in-store are not bound by the same terms as online distance selling regulations. Items purchased in-store are considered an informed purchase and not eligible for a refund unless faulty or agreed by the manufacturer.
We are happy to exchange for a different size. The item must be unsoiled and all tags attached

Our despatch system uses an automated system to generate the postage labels from the address details provided by the customer when placing the order. Please ensure that these details are correct. Inner Wolf are not responsible for any delays in delivery caused by incorrect address details provided. If a parcel connot be delivered due the incorrect details we will await the return of the parcel to our address and then resend, at the cost of the customer, to the correct details once obtained.

Goods are charged at price shown on the product pages on the date the customer places the order and inclusive of VAT. Prices are correct at time of publication. Orders will be processed at our published prices. Users of discount code intended for specific clab members will be asked to provide their membership number to validate to the use of the code.
All items listed on the Clearance page are not subject to our return policy as these are reduced to clear they are non returnable and refundable.
