Canicross is a sport that combines cross-country running with dog sledding. Participants typically wear a waist belt that attaches to a bungee cord or line, which is then connected to a dog running harness worn by their dog. The sport is designed to be a fun and bonding experience for both the human and the canine participant, and it allows dogs to use their natural instincts to pull and run. Canicross is a great way to stay active with your dog, and it's a perfect way to bond with your dog.
