Inner Wolf aim to despatch your order within 1-3 working days. All orders are sent either via DPD or Royal Mail.

All orders over £45 are delivered FREE OF CHARGE.
Orders under £45 are charge at just £3.49

We use Royal Mail for the majority of our parcels. (smaller items)
DPD is our courier of choice for larger items such as Maelson kennels, dog strollers and trailers etc. You will receive tracking and despatch detials with a 1hr delivery window on the day of delivery (requires a mobile phone number).
Returns
30-day returns
While we are confident that you will be delighted with any product that you purchase from us. If you are unhappy with the contents of your order please log into your account and follow the instructions and complete a 'Returns Request' before posting back to the address below.

- Complete the details
- Post to the address below. (Include ALL details in with the parcel)
If you checked out your order as a guest then please return the item and enclose ALL details of the return, either on a copy of your sales receipt or enclose a note.
Please enclose a copy of your sales receipt or a note containing your contact and order details.
We do not cover the postage cost of items returning to us for exchange or refund, unless the item is faulty. (However, we do not charge postage to have the exchanged item sent back to you.)
