We’re all doing it – wearing smart devices on our wrists and measuring our activity on our phones. What seemed like a craze a few years ago is an established thing today.
Now, with PitPat, your dog can do the same. PitPat gives you an easy way to keep track of your dog’s activity level, to manage their weight, and because it’s all about your dog, to have lots of fun along the way.
You can also use PitPat to keep an eye on the exercise your dog gets while other people (like a dog walker or kennel) are caring for them, or even to check up on your husband/wife.
PitPat is the UK’s number one dog monitor. Over the last few years, thousands of dog owners have discovered how interesting and useful it is to manage their dog’s activity and weight using PitPat. Read a few of their stories and check out what they’re saying online.
But don’t take our word for it. PitPat was designed with vets, and an increasing number of practices are recommending PitPat to every dog owner. Insurance companies too have recognised the health benefits of daily exercise and weight management, and they’re supplying PitPat to their policy-holders.

How does PitPat2 work?
PitPat captures your dog’s motion using a three-axis accelerometer. Our advanced algorithms interpret this motion and translate it into specific activity types (e.g. walking, running, playing and resting). We then compare this data to guidelines from over 150 breeds of dog and provide simple advice and recommendations.
Will PitPat2 work with my phone?

Can I change the battery?
Yes, PitPat uses a low cost CR1632 coin cell (similar to a watch or remote control battery) which is available from most supermarkets or electronics stores.
