Ordering Online

Ordering Online with us is safe and secure!

We employ a method of interaction with our visitors that does not compromise credit card information. This online system is 100% secure.

We encourage you to feel comfortable using your credit card to conduct commerce on our site. If you wish, you may also send us a Postal Order (only) or a personal cheque. Personal cheques will delay your order as we must wait for your funds to clear before we ship any merchandise.

Please allow an additional 7-10 business days for shipping of your merchandise if paid by personal cheque. To order by cheque, just print the order form with your shopping cart contents from the order confirmation page and complete the necessary fields, then mail the form to the address above.

Return / Refund Policy

We are confident that you will be delighted with any product that you purchase from us. If you are unhappy with the contents of your order please contact us as soon as possible to allow us to resolve the problem with you.

If you are not satisfied with the goods, please inform us within seven days (statutory 'Cooling off Period') of your receipt of the goods. We will then authorise the return. The goods must be returned unused and in full, including any accessories, with all labels still attached and all in original packaging with 14 days of receipt of the goods. The box must be sealed securely with clear tape. The customer will be totally responsible for the cost of postage for the item being returned to us.

Upon receiving the returned item we will check & inspect the goods. ONLY IF THE GOODS ARE IN EXACTLY THE SAME CONDITION AS WHEN THEY WERE DISPATCHED will we issue a full refund (within 10 days) of the total purchase price. Or we will exchange items if they are faulty on delivery to you and we are notified within 10 days of the customers receipt of the product. All products to be returned must be carefully repackaged in their original packing, and returned using a recorded delivery service. Inner Wolf cannot be responsible for returned items lost in transit from the customer.
The damaged or faulty items will be returned to us and a replacement will then be dispatched to you free of charge.

Unused returned goods must be sent back within 7 days to arrive at the offices of Inner Wolf within 14 days of receipt by the customer.

Delivery Information

Delivery charges are calculated on a per-order basis. Orders under £45.00 postage is charged at £3.50, orders over £45.00 are postage included.

Prices

Goods are charged at price shown on the product pages on the date the customer places the order and inclusive of VAT. Prices are correct at time of publication. Errors and omissions are excepted. Orders will be processed at our published prices, otherwise, in the case of any unexpected change in price, you will be informed and asked if you wish to reconsider your order before proceeding.

Complaints

If we should receive a complaint about any part of our service, by phone,fax,e-mail or letter,then it will be dealt with promptly (we will reply within 10 working days).It will then be dealt with confidentially,and effectively.
