Shipping & Delivery: Delivery charges are calculated on a per-order basis. Orders under £45.00 postage is charged at £2.50, orders over £45.00 are postage included FREE OF CHARGE. We aim to dispatch orders on next day delivery but ask to allow up to 3-5 working days. Under a rare circumstance 28 days.

Returns & Replacements: We are confident that you will be delighted with any product that you purchase from us. If you are unhappy with the contents of your order please contact us as soon as possible to allow us to resolve the problem with you.
If you are not satisfied with the goods, please inform us within seven days (statutory 'Cooling off Period') of your receipt of the goods. We ask that the goods be returned unused and in full, including any accessories, with all labels still attached and all in original packaging with 14 days of receipt of the goods. If you cancel, you must return the goods at your own expense.
We ask that you return goods within 7 days to arrive at the offices of Inner Wolff within 14 days of receipt by the customer.
All of our products carry a manufacturer warranty, from the date of purchase, for defects in manufacturing and materials. This does not cover fair wear and tear, accidents, misuse, neglect or when instructions for the product have not been followed. All goods must be maintained in line with manufacturer instructions. If any repairs or alterations have been undertaken by the customer on the item the warranty will be considered invalid. The statutory rights of the customer are not affected by the warranty.

We encourage you to feel comfortable using your credit card to conduct commerce on our site. If you wish, you may also send us a Postal Order (only) or a personal cheque. Personal cheques will delay your order as we must wait for your funds to clear before we ship any merchandise.
Please allow an additional 7-10 business days for shipping of your merchandise if paid by personal cheque. To order by cheque, just print the order form with your shopping cart contents from the order confirmation page and complete the necessary fields, then mail the form to the address above.
Payment, Pricing & Promotions: Goods are charged at price shown on the product pages on the date the customer places the order and inclusive of VAT. Prices are correct at time of publication. Errors and omissions are excepted. Orders will be processed at our published prices, otherwise, in the case of any unexpected change in price, you will be informed and asked if you wish to reconsider your order before proceeding.
Viewing Orders & Updating Account Information: When you create an account with Inner Wolf you can login to view the status of any orders which you have placed and you can also update your account information as well as storing multiple addresses.
